  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the Chinese broccoli and blanch for 2 minutes. Remove from the pot and transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the blanched Chinese broccoli, shredded carrot, julienned red bell pepper, chopped roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
