Kebabs originated in the Middle East and are a popular street food in many countries around the world.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 30 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 12.

Preheat the grill.

Cut the bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice.

Add the vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat them with the marinade.

Thread the vegetables onto skewers, alternating the different types.

Grill the kebabs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.

Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
