  4. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet.
  8. Once cooled, break the granola into clusters and mix in the dried fruits.
