Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and coconut flakes.

In a small saucepan, heat honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon powder over low heat until well combined.

Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well coated.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet.

Once cooled, break the granola into clusters and mix in the dried fruits.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
