Drain and rinse the chickpeas and black beans.

In a food processor, add the chickpeas, black beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, chipotle pepper, cumin, salt, and water.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
