Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.

Microwave the riced cauliflower for 4-5 minutes, then let it cool.

Using a clean kitchen towel, squeeze out as much moisture as possible from the cauliflower.

In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, eggs, almond flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower mixture into a thin crust shape.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over it.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.
