  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Take a small portion of the cauliflower mixture and shape it into a fritter. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  5. Fry the fritters in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
