Grate the cauliflower and squeeze out any excess moisture.

In a large bowl, combine the grated cauliflower, chickpea flour, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Take a small portion of the cauliflower mixture and shape it into a fritter. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Fry the fritters in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
