In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots, chopped onion, garlic, cilantro, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Gradually add the bread crumbs and mix until the mixture holds together.

Shape the mixture into patties.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Remove the patties from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes.
