  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cornstarch, almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each piece of seitan into non-dairy milk and then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated seitan on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Flip the seitan and bake for another 5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
