In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Stir in the olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and rosemary.

Mix in the olive oil and warm water. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Punch down the dough and shape it into a round loaf. Place it on a baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal.

Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes. Then, using a sharp knife, score the top of the loaf in a crosshatch pattern.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the bread turns golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
