  2. Add sliced okra and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Stir in coconut milk, salt, black pepper, and whole scotch bonnet pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the scotch bonnet pepper and discard.
  6. Stir in lime juice.
  7. Serve hot with rice or bread.
