Bulgur and Walnut Kibbeh
Kibbeh is a traditional Middle Eastern dish that is popular in many countries including Lebanon, Syria, and Iraq. It is often served during special occasions and celebrations.

Soak the bulgur in water for 10 minutes.

Drain the bulgur and squeeze out excess water.

In a food processor, combine the soaked bulgur, walnuts, onion, garlic, parsley, mint, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Process until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small oval or round patties.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the kibbeh patties until golden brown on both sides.

Transfer the fried kibbeh to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with a side of salad or yogurt.
