  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond butter, mixed nuts and seeds, and dried fruits. Spread this mixture evenly over the oat mixture in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the top and gently press it down.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the baking dish.
  8. Once cooled, cut into bars and serve.
