In a pot of boiling water, cook the edamame and peas for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the cooked edamame, peas, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mash the mixture until well combined.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.

Spread the edamame and pea mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
