  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  4. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add bell peppers and tofu. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and lemon juice. Mix well.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with rice or roti.
