  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, sea salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup, coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the raisins and chopped walnuts.
  6. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each liner with the batter.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cupcakes cool in the tin for 10 minutes.
  9. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
