Asparagus Cigars
Asparagus is a good source of fiber, vitamins A, C, E, and K, as well as folate and chromium.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Trim the ends of the asparagus stalks.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.

Brush each phyllo dough sheet with the olive oil mixture.

Place 2 asparagus stalks at one end of each phyllo dough sheet and roll tightly like a cigar.

Place the asparagus cigars on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the phyllo dough is golden brown.

Allow the asparagus cigars to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
