Rinse the quinoa thoroughly.

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the rinsed quinoa. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the quinoa is tender and the water is absorbed.

While the quinoa is cooking, dice the apples.

In a separate pan, sauté the diced apples with cinnamon until they are soft.

Once the quinoa is cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Fluff the quinoa with a fork and then stir in the sautéed apples.

Serve the quinoa in bowls and drizzle with honey.
