Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.

Press the mixture firmly into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
