Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the unsweetened applesauce, molasses, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Fold in the chopped dates, walnuts, and raisins.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
