Wash the okra and pat dry. Remove the ends and cut them into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute until golden brown.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.

Add okra and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Add a little water, cover the pan, and let it cook for 15-20 minutes until the okra is tender.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice.
