Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.

Add lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
