Zucchini is actually a fruit, but it is commonly used as a vegetable in cooking.

Cut the zucchini into thin strips using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the zucchini strips to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened.

Add cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
