Yellow Pepper Sauce
Yellow bell peppers are a great source of vitamin C, which helps boost the immune system and promote healthy skin.

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

Cut the yellow bell peppers in half and remove seeds and stems.

Place the pepper halves on a baking sheet, cut side down, and roast in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the skin is blistered and charred.

Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool. Once cooled, peel off the skin.

In a blender, combine the roasted peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin, and paprika. Blend until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and add water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let the sauce cool for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
