Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a blender, combine cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, turmeric, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and the cashew cheese sauce. Stir until well coated.

Transfer the mac and cheese mixture to a greased baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
