  1. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free biscuit crumbs and melted dairy-free margarine.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the dairy-free whipped topping, dairy-free cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Divide the mixture equally into 6 bowls.
  5. Add green food coloring to one bowl and mix well.
  6. Layer the different colored mixtures on top of the crust, starting with purple, then blue, green, yellow, orange, and finally red.
  7. Use a toothpick to swirl the colors together to create a marbled effect.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  9. Before serving, decorate the top with small pieces of rainbow candy belts.
