Place the cornflakes in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler.

Pour the melted chocolate and golden syrup over the cornflakes.

Stir until all the cornflakes are coated in the chocolate mixture.

Line a muffin tin with cupcake cases.

Spoon the chocolate cornflake mixture into the cupcake cases, creating nests.

Use the back of a spoon to press the mixture down and create a well in the center of each nest.

Place the muffin tin in the fridge and let the nests set for at least 1 hour.

Once set, remove the nests from the fridge and place a dairy-free chocolate mini egg in the center of each nest.
