  1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Stir until fragrant.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, vegetable broth, kidney beans, black beans, corn kernels, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni to the pot and stir well. Let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
