Cut all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.

Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add mushrooms and snow peas, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.

Stir-fry for another minute.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Serve hot.
