  2. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  3. Add diced potatoes, peas, and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  5. Remove from heat and let the filling cool.
  6. Use the filling to stuff samosa pastry and deep fry until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
