  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Grate the carrots and zucchini, and squeeze out any excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots, zucchini, spinach, flaxseeds, chia seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add water gradually and mix until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the vegetable dough evenly onto the parchment paper, about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Cut the baked dough into desired cracker shapes.
  10. Place the crackers back in the oven for another 5 minutes to crisp up.
  11. Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
