Vegetable Egg Roll
Egg rolls are not traditionally Chinese, but rather an Americanized version of spring rolls.
This is vegan, gluten free and low carb recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 12.

In a pan, heat vegetable oil and sauté garlic and ginger.

Add onions, bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.

Place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture onto a spring roll wrapper and roll tightly.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.

Serve hot with dipping sauce.
