Dal Kababs
Dal Kababs are a popular street food in India and are often served with a side of mint chutney.

Wash and soak the split yellow lentils (moong dal) for 2 hours.

Boil the soaked lentils and potatoes until soft.

Drain the water and mash the lentils and potatoes.

Add finely chopped onion, ginger, green chilies, and coriander leaves to the mixture.

Add bread crumbs, cornflour, garam masala powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small kababs.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kababs until golden brown.

Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
