  4. Add the broccoli florets, red bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together Szechuan sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture into the wok and stir well to coat the vegetables and textured vegetable protein.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions.
