  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the vegan butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the flaxseed meal and water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  5. Add the flaxseed mixture, vanilla extract, and Kahlua liqueur to the creamed butter and sugar. Mix well.
