Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, carrot, and celery. Cook until vegetables are softened.

Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, corn kernels, chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
