  2. Add water gradually and mix until a dough-like consistency is formed.
  3. Shape the mixture into small nuggets.
  4. Roll the nuggets in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the nuggets until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Transfer the cooked nuggets to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
  8. Let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
