Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

Add the coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Gently fold in the chopped walnuts.
