Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

Add zucchini and cook for another 2 minutes.

Stir in diced tomatoes, cannellini beans, vegetable broth, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
