In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Spread hummus evenly on each tortilla.

Layer spinach leaves, mixed fruits, mixed nuts, cucumber, and red onion slices on top of the hummus.

Drizzle the lemon juice mixture over the filling.

Roll up the tortillas tightly and cut in half.
