  2. Add chopped tomatoes, tamarind pulp, turmeric powder, rasam powder, salt, and water.
  3. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. In a separate pan, temper black pepper and garlic cloves in ghee.
  5. Add the tempering to the rasam.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot.
