Tomato-Herb Focaccia
Focaccia is a popular Italian bread that originated in ancient Rome. It was traditionally made as a way to test the heat of the oven before baking other breads.

In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet. Press the dough into a rectangle shape.

Arrange cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, and rosemary leaves on top of the dough.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the focaccia is golden brown.

Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
