  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet. Press the dough into a rectangle shape.
  6. Arrange cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, and rosemary leaves on top of the dough.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the focaccia is golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
