Pressure cook toor dal with water, turmeric powder, and salt.

In a separate pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves.

Add chopped vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.

Add cooked dal to the pan and mix well.

Add water if needed and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

In a blender, grind coconut and green chilies to a fine paste.

Add the coconut paste to the pan and mix well.

Simmer for another 5 minutes.
