  4. Add cooked dal to the pan and mix well.
  5. Add water if needed and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. In a blender, grind coconut and green chilies to a fine paste.
  7. Add the coconut paste to the pan and mix well.
  8. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with rice or roti.
