  1. In a mixing bowl, crumble the tofu.
  2. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, finely chopped celery, red onion, and fresh dill to the bowl. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Take a slice of bread and spread the tofu salad mixture on it.
  5. Top with lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
  6. Cover with another slice of bread.
  7. Repeat for the remaining slices of bread and tofu salad mixture.
  8. Cut the sandwiches diagonally and serve.
