Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler.

In a blender, blend the silken tofu until smooth.

Add the melted chocolate, almond flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender. Blend until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let it rest for 1 hour.
