Cook the wide rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Julienne the carrots and cucumber.

Prepare a large bowl of warm water.

Dip one rice paper wrapper into the warm water for a few seconds until it softens.

Place the softened rice paper wrapper on a clean surface.

Arrange a small amount of cooked rice noodles, carrots, cucumber, lettuce leaves, mint leaves, cilantro leaves, and bean sprouts in the center of the wrapper.
