Slice the summer squash, bell pepper, and onion into thin strips.

Mince the garlic cloves.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced vegetables and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly softened.

Add the black beans, corn kernels, cumin, chili powder, and salt to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
