  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add corn kernels, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth. Alternatively, transfer the soup to a blender and blend until smooth.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley, green onions, and lime wedges.
