  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine tahini, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the tahini mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
