  2. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar, cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg white until frothy.
  4. Add the pecans to the beaten egg white and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle the sugar and spice mixture over the pecans and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Spread the coated pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
