  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the onions until translucent.
  4. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for another minute.
  5. Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
  6. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  7. Add the cooked rice and paneer to the pan and mix everything together.
  8. Stuff the bell peppers with the rice and paneer mixture.
  9. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and drizzle with the remaining oil.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
  11. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  12. Garnish with cilantro leaves before serving.
